Bell Flavors & Fragrances released a full line of cannabis-inspired and terpene flavors and fragrances designed to recreate the flavor and aroma of familiar terpenes, such as linalool and limonene, as well as well as popular cannabis strains like blackberry kush, blue dream and pineapple express.
According to London-based Future Market Insights, floral flavors surpassed global market revenues of $850 million in 2019. Whether its floral, fruity, savory, sweet or tarty, beverage-makers are getting adventurous with flavor selections.

A new collaboration between Blue Pacific Flavors, City of Industry, Calif., and McCormick & Co., Baltimore, will market non-GMO, natural flavors with FlavorCell, a technology of McCormick’s Flavor Solutions business segment, to provide high-impact, encapsulated flavor delivery in powdered beverages, confectionery and bakery products.
