Company launches RETHINK Juice Splash in Watermelon and Fruit Punch

RETHINK Brands, Columbia, Md., is launching RETHINK Juice Splash. With only 1 gram of natural sugar and no artificial sweeteners, RETHINK Juice Splash is positioned to be the new benchmark of health in the kid’s aseptic juice category, the company says. RETHINK Juice Splash launches nationwide with two flavors — Watermelon and Fruit Punch — and two more — Kiwi Strawberry and Strawberry Lemonade — coming in the second quarter.
Full-year financial results first released since merger

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., Burlington, Mass., and Plano, Texas, reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ending Dec. 31, 2018, and provided guidance for adjusted diluted EPS growth for 2019 in line with the company's merger targets.
Simply Beverages, a brand of Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co., is entering a new product category with the introduction of its chilled, ready-to-drink Simply smoothie fruit smoothies. The new beverage lineup offer an easy and convenient way to consume a healthy snack — nothing to chop, blend or clean up, the company says. Simply smoothie will be available in three flavors: Strawberry Banana, Mango Pineapple and Orchard Berry.
Not many 12 year olds can say that they have pitched their business on TV’s “Shark Tank,” introduced then-President Barack Obama at the United State of Women Summit, who jokingly suggested he should work for her, and formed her own nonprofit, Healthy Hive Foundation, which is aimed at saving the honeybee and the food supply.
Although a staple within the North American beverage market, the juice and juice drinks category has been challenged as other beverage categories have emerged as go-to options for consumers in terms of hydration and refreshment.
