Bolthouse Farms, a brand of Campbell Soup Co., introduced Bolthouse Farms Plant Protein Milk, a line of refrigerated dairy alternatives that contain 10 grams of pea protein in each 8-ounce serving. 

Pacific Foods, Tualatin, Ore., is adding Cashew Non-Dairy to its existing seven varieties of shelf-stable dairy alternatives. The new variety is made with Organic and Fair Trade-Certified cashews that are ethically sourced.
