Java Factory Roasters is unveiling Season 3 of its groundbreaking Flavor52 campaign, Sweater Weather, featuring nine limited-edition coffees inspired by autumn comforts, nostalgic desserts and festive holiday favorites.

Continuing through Dec. 21, Sweater Weather marks the third chapter of Java Factory Roasters’ ambitious yearlong initiative to introduce 52 new coffee flavors in 52 consecutive weeks, giving coffee lovers something new to look forward to every Monday.

“Flavor52 is about much more than introducing new coffees. It’s about creating moments of discovery, excitement and connection through flavors people already know and love," said Sam Blaney, executive vice president of Java Factory Roasters, in a statement. “With Sweater Weather, we’re celebrating everything that makes this time of year special, from comforting cinnamon and vanilla to the nostalgic treats that bring people together.”

Beyond its imaginative flavor creations, Java Factory Roasters is pursuing an ambitious milestone: a Guinness World Records title for the most unique coffee flavors launched by a coffee brand within a single year. With Season 3, the brand reaches the halfway point of its Flavor52 journey, which is scheduled to culminate at the 2027 Summer Fancy Food Show, where the final flavor will be unveiled.

Each Monday brings a new limited-edition coffee inspired by the tastes, aromas and traditions that make fall and the holiday season special, the company says. The following are the Season 3 releases:

Oct. 26 – Vanilla Spice Latte: Smooth vanilla meets warming cinnamon spice in a comforting coffee inspired by a favorite fall café classic.

Nov. 2 – Nutty By Nature: Chocolate and hazelnut make a warm and delicious flavor combination.

Nov. 9 – Orange Cream Chocolates: Rich chocolate meets bright citrus in a blend reminiscent of classic chocolate-covered orange confections.

Nov. 16 – Warm & Toasty: Toasted hazelnut and cinnamon come together in a cozy combination made for crisp mornings and chilly evenings.

Nov. 23 – Caramel Drizzled Popcorn: Sweet, buttery caramel and popcorn-inspired notes bring a little movie-night magic to the morning coffee ritual.

Nov. 30 – Coquito: Inspired by Puerto Rico's beloved holiday beverage, this festive creation blends coconut, cinnamon and rum-inspired flavor notes.

Dec. 7 – Maple Spice Cake: Sweet maple, cinnamon and nutmeg create a bakery-inspired coffee that captures the warmth of holiday baking.

Dec. 14 – Peppermint Stick: Cool peppermint and creamy vanilla deliver a refreshing, festive cup.

Dec. 21 – Gingerbread House: Warm ginger and vanilla frosting round out the collection with the taste of a freshly decorated gingerbread cookie.

Launched in June 2026 at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, Flavor52 is one of Java Factory Roasters’ most ambitious flavor innovation programs to date, the company notes.

The yearlong campaign introduces a brand-new coffee flavor every week, organized into themed seasonal collections that celebrate everything from nostalgic childhood favorites and iconic desserts to pop culture, licensed brands and holiday traditions.

Season 2, Ice Cream Truck Season, transformed beloved frozen treats into coffee experiences through flavors inspired by licensed brands including Klondike, Good Humor and Popsicle.

Now, Season 3 trades summer nostalgia for the warmth and indulgence of fall and the holidays, capturing the flavors that evoke family gatherings, seasonal celebrations and comforting moments at home.

The Flavor52 adventure will continue through June 2027, culminating with the unveiling of its 52nd flavor at the Summer Fancy Food Show and the brand's pursuit of a Guinness World Records title.

Bringing 52 unique coffees to life in just 52 weeks requires more than imagination. Behind the scenes is a longstanding product-development collaboration between Java Factory Roasters and Flavor & Fragrance Specialties (FFS), a division of Lucta.

Working closely with the Java Factory team, FFS flavor specialists develop, test and refine each new concept, transforming inspiration from nostalgic desserts, frozen treats, seasonal favorites and licensed brand collaborations into distinctive coffee experiences.

The challenge goes beyond simply adding flavor to coffee. Each creation is designed to capture the sensory experience of its inspiration, from aroma and taste to the memories and emotions associated with the original treat.

The result is a yearlong celebration of creativity, innovation and the endless possibilities of flavored coffee.
