Carbliss introduces 12% ABV Cocktail Collection

RTD cocktails available in select markets, with expansion in 2027

Carbliss, Plymouth, Wis., is turning up the ABV with the launch of its all-new 12% ABV Cocktail Collection.

The collection debuts with four cocktail inspired flavors: Margarita, made with tequila; Mango Margarita, made with tequila; Blackberry Moscow Mule, made with vodka; and Mai Tai, made with rum. Each delivers 12% ABV with zero carbs, zero sugar, 250 calories and is gluten free, it notes.

Built around the brand’s promise of “Flavor That Starts the Party,” the new collection will launch in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota this November, before expanding into additional markets across the country in 2027, the company says.

For Carbliss, the move into higher ABV started with the same thing that has driven the brand from the beginning: flavor, it says. The company launched its original 5% Cocktail Collection to give consumers an alternative to a hard seltzer category, it notes. Now, Carbliss is bringing that same flavor-first philosophy to consumers looking for a full-strength cocktail in a convenient format, it adds.

“Flavor has always been where we start,” said Adam Kroener, co-founder and CEO of Carbliss, in a statement. “When we launched Carbliss, we wanted to make a drink that actually tasted like what it said on the can, and we’ve never moved away from that. Now we’re taking that same mindset into 12%. This is a full-strength cocktail built to get the party started, with the flavor people expect from Carbliss and zero carbs and zero sugar. More alcohol didn’t mean we were willing to compromise on anything else.”

Like the existing Carbliss 5% line, the new collection features limited carbonation. The result is a real cocktail experience, the company says. In a high ABV category where more alcohol can often come with more calories and sugar, Carbliss is giving consumers another option: the full-strength cocktail experience they’re looking for, with a nutritional profile that’s notable, it adds.

Bold, modern packaging features brightly colored ingredient illustrations to set the new collection apart from the brand’s existing portfolio. It’s a new kind of cocktail for Carbliss, and one built on the same promise that has driven the brand from the beginning: big flavor, no compromise and flavor that starts the party, the company says
