Cantine Riunite adds 187-ml size Riunite Zero, Maschio Zero

Italian wine brand Cantine Riunite announced the launch of 187-ml bottles of Riunite Zero Red Semi-Sparkling and Maschio Zero White Sparkling, bringing two of its alcohol-free expressions to a portable, single-serve format.

The launch arrives as non-alcoholic beverages continue to gain traction and shoppers increasingly embrace smaller sizes that offer greater flexibility for evolving drinking occasions, the company says. These shifts are unfolding alongside continued growth in convenience retail, creating a timely opportunity for Riunite Zero and Maschio Zero to reach consumers beyond traditional wine-purchasing locations, it adds.

The new formats also build on strong momentum for both the category and the brands. The U.S. alcohol-free category surpassed $1 billion in off-premise retail sales by the end of 2025, according to NielsenIQ, while online non-alcoholic beverage sales surged approximately 208% year over year, according to Pinky Beverages’ 2026 NA Trends Analysis.

Riunite Zero and Maschio Zero have mirrored that growing demand internationally, with worldwide sales across 2024 and 2025 reaching 200,000 bottles of Riunite Zero and 150,000 bottles of Maschio Zero, respectively, the majority of which were sold in 2025. Together, the acceleration reflects increasing global enthusiasm for the brands’ zero-proof portfolio and sets the stage for continued expansion in the United States.

“Today’s consumers are looking for choices that fit more seamlessly into their lifestyles, and these new 187-ml bottles give them another way to enjoy Riunite Zero and Maschio Zero on their own terms,” said Mina Belhaj Rouas, vice president of marketing and trade development at Frederick Wildman & Sons, the exclusive U.S. importer of Riunite and Maschio, in a statement. “Whether it’s about moderation, portability or simply enjoying one serving at a time, this size makes it easier to choose an alcohol-free sparkling wine wherever the moment takes you.”

The individual size makes both wines easier to enjoy without committing to a full-size bottle. The compact size also creates new possibilities in convenience and grab-and-go retail settings, bringing the brands into spaces where traditional wine bottles may be less practical.

Suggested retail pricing is $2.99 for Riunite Zero 187 ml and $3.99 for Maschio Zero 187 ml. The new bottles began rolling out at U.S. retailers in October.
