Company founder pens book on zero-proof cocktail guide

Seattle-based DRY Soda Co. launched a Limited Edition Zero-Proof Gift Set that includes two bottles of DRY’s 750-ml Winter Celebration bottles, two stemless flutes as well the book “The Guide to Zero-Proof Cocktails,” a manual dedicated to the art of zero-proof mixology.
To usher in what has been dubbed “Sober October, Texas-based Sans Bar hosted a virtual event with mixology experts featuring mixology and networking. The event featured a custom Sans Bar Where You Are mocktail kit for attendees.
The Bitter Housewife announced that its signature Old Fashioned Aromatic bitters have been reformulated to be free of alcohol and sugar, then mixed with carbonated water for a beverage that can be consumed any time of day, the company says.
