Malibu, a brand of New York-based Pernod Ricard USA, is adding a splash to summer with its latest innovation. Malibu Splash is a sparkling ready-to-drink malt beverage that is available in four flavors: Strawberry, Lime, Passion Fruit and Pineapple.

"We know consumers want simple and refreshing tasting drinks for casual occasions with friends," said Troy Gorczyca, brand director for Malibu, in a statement. "And with Malibu being the No. 1 most talked about rum brand in summer 2019 and seeing the healthy growth over the last few years, Malibu Splash is a great opportunity for us to bring the refreshing taste of summer that consumers love to a new, innovative product that is easy to enjoy.”

Featuring 5 percent alcohol-by-volume content, Malibu Splash is packaged in 12-ounce slim cans and will be sold in four-packs for a suggested retail price (SRP) of $8.99 or an eight-pack variety pack for a $16.99 SRP.
