The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) returned to McCormick Place for the IFT FIRST: Annual Event & Expo where exhibitors featured an array of ingredient literature as well as prototypes featuring these solutions.

PACK EXPO Las Vegas is celebrating a milestone: 2025 marks 30 years since the show’s debut. This year, the show will take place Sept. 29-Oct. 1 and will span more than 1 million net square feet, feature 2,300 exhibitors.

The annual food science and technology event IFT FIRST will take place July 13-16, at McCormick Place in Chicago.

With an overall registration count of 52,223 and 1,160 exhibitors, ProMat included 659,000 net square feet of exhibit solutions and 215 educational sessions across three show halls at Chicago’s McCormick Place.

Informa Markets’ Natural Products Expo West, part of the New Hope Network family of brands, hosted thousands of attendees and exhibiting companies March 4-7 at the Anaheim Convention Center.

This year’s SupplySide West featured 19,000 registered participants. The show took place in Las Vegas from Oct. 28 through Oct. 31 and featured more than 1,500 exhibitors from more than 80 countries around the world. 

PACK EXPO International 2024, taking place Nov. 3-6 at McCormick Place in Chicago, to feature more exhibitors and experiences for attendees. Making its PACK EXPO International debut, Sustainability Central will explore packaging sustainability and what it means to brands.

IFT FIRST: Annual Event & Expo will take place July 14-17 at McCormick Place in Chicago. This year’s program will focus on addressing some of the top food issues including food insecurity and climate change.
