More than 950 exhibitors, nearly 150 on-floor informational seminars and a host of materials handling technologies, supply chain solutions and automation innovations were displayed in 420,000-square-feet of exhibits across two halls at ProMat 2019, which took place April 8-11, at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Among the new technological advances is RepairEngine, an online maintenance management tool, which allows users the ability to start and track repairs 24/7 and provides insight into the health and status of their hardware deployment.

Key features include the ability to master standardized packaging tasks with great efficiency and high quality, the company says.

At Labelexpo Americas, Avery Dennison continued to build on its “Pioneering Change” theme by showcasing its continued commitment to helping label converters remain ahead of trends so they can grow their businesses and bring creative, sustainable solutions to customers.

Organized as the “House of Krones,” the manufacturer highlighted solutions for process technology, bottling and packaging equipment, intralogistics, digitalization and the entire lifecycle services of products.

Poised to convene 2,500 leading industry suppliers and 50,000 packaging professionals, Pack Expo International and the co-located Healthcare Packaging Expo will take place Oct. 14-17 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
