Hampton Water, the premium rosé brand created by award-winning music icon Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse Bongiovi, and renowned French winemaker Gérard Bertrand, is raising a glass to creativity, community, and culture with the launch of its inaugural Artist Series.
The series debuted this summer and honors diverse creators whose values align with Hampton Water’s spirit, bringing their unique artistry to limited-edition labels and giving back to the communities they value.
To launch the series, Hampton Water partnered with renowned New York City based visual artist Cey Adams. Adams served as the founding Creative Director of Def Jam Recordings, where he “defined the visual culture of Hip-Hop,” working with Run DMC, Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, Public Enemy, The Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, Mary J Blige, and many more. Additionally, Adams has created some of the most recognizable logos in music and entertainment including Usher, Hot97, and Chappelle's Show. Adams' multidisciplinary art practice incorporates mixed media collage, painting and drawing, and embodies creativity, passion, and storytelling. Adams brings his signature energy to the label of this collectible 2024 vintage.
“We’ve always believed that Hampton Water is more than a wine — it’s a lifestyle rooted in good times, great taste, and even better people,” said Hampton Water Co-Founder Bongiovi, in a statement. “The Artist Series was born out of a desire to collaborate with artists we admire, who bring something fresh and meaningful to the table, and no one embodies that more than Cey Adams. We are proud to celebrate artistry in all forms and use our platform to share stories that matter.”
For this debut edition, Adams designed a bold, colorful label exclusively for Hampton Water.
“I wanted to create something that felt joyful and expressive — a visual celebration of culture, connection, and creativity,” Adams said. “The design is inspired by memories of summertime in the city. I envisioned a bright colorful floral arrangement surrounded by rich, textural beauty. It combines my love of bold color and collage art, with the elegance and sophistication of wine. It’s about honoring the craft and making something that feels collectible, alive, and accessible.”
Additionally, Hampton Water will donate a portion of proceeds from this release to City Harvest, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger by rescuing and distributing food to those in need. A cause and organization deeply meaningful to Adams, City Harvest has been helping fight hunger for more than 40 years.
“City Harvest is New York’s first and largest food rescue organization. They’re doing incredible work. This year alone, they’ll rescue nearly 83 million pounds of food and deliver it, for free, to hundreds of food pantries and soup kitchens across the city,” Adams said. “I’ve supported them for years because they meet people where they are, with dignity and urgency. When speaking with the Hampton Water team about giving back, City Harvest was a no-brainer.”
The Hampton Water Artist Series with Cey Adams retails for an SRP of $29.99 for a 750-ml bottle.
