Alex Cooper of 'Call Her Daddy' launches hydration beverage

Unwell Hydration is 'your new best friend, with benefits'

Alex Cooper, host of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast and founder of The Unwell Network, has expanded her empire once again with a new hydration drink: Unwell Hydration.

The beverage line was designed by women but is for everyone, and is considered “your new best friend … with benefits,” the brand says, because wellness isn’t about striving for perfection 24/7. Instead, wellness is about making the most of every moment and embracing the chaos along the way, it adds.

“Women are often expected to juggle multiple roles and be everything to everyone, which is why I wanted to create a hydration drink that helps replenish what we give out,” Cooper said in a statement. “Hydration, however, is a universal need, and that’s what truly matters — a drink that supports wellness for everyone, regardless of who you are.”

Developed by Cooper and The Unwell Network, the network says it is “ushering in a new era by promoting a wellness lifestyle that doesn’t expect you to be something you’re not and instead embraces everything you are” with the launch of the hydration line. Unwell Hydration combines rapid hydration with functional benefits to help consumers live their best unwell life, it notes.

Available in three flavors — Strawberry, Mango Citrus and Orange Hibiscus— Unwell Hydration is designed to fit a range of mood and vibes, serving up rapid hydration and focus, the company says. It is made with flavors and colors from only natural sources, containing more than 700 mg of electrolytes, B-complex vitamins and 75 mg of green coffee extract in each bottle, it notes.

Unwell Hydration will be available to purchase exclusively at Target stores and Target.com beginning Jan. 1, 2025, expanding to additional retailers across the United States throughout next year, the company notes.
