Giffard’s Non-Alcoholic Liqueurs

October 22, 2024

Founded in 1885 in Angers, France, Giffard Liqueurs, a fifth-generation, family-owned company, announced the launch of its non-alcoholic liqueur line.

Featuring four distinctive flavors ― Elderflower, Ginger, Grapefruit and Pineapple ― Giffard’s Non-Alcoholic Liqueurs were designed to help bartenders improve their non-alcohol drink menus by offering zero-proof options beyond base spirits, beer and wine, the company says. These liqueurs also aim to empower non-drinkers and sober-curious imbibers with a sophisticated experience, and the opportunity to experiment with and add creativity to their alcohol-free cocktails, it adds.

•    Giffard Non-Alcoholic Elderflower Liqueur: Crafted from hand-picked elderflowers, the expression features floral notes alongside exotic scents of lychee and saffron. The liqueur can be enjoyed with lemon and tonic for a non-alcohol twist on a G&T or in a No-groni, the company says.

•    Giffard Non-Alcoholic Ginger Liqueur: Ginger roots provide the flavorful base of the expression, balancing scents of pepper, rose, herbs and lemon, the company notes. Combine with lemonade and seltzer water in a simple highball or with soda water for a zero-proof mule, it says.

•    Giffard Non-Alcoholic Grapefruit Liqueur: A bouquet of zesty grapefruit intertwined with floral and vegetal notes, this liqueur is a balance of vibrant grapefruit and ripe citrus fruit. Mix it with lemon-lime soda for an easy refreshing cocktail, or use agave syrup for a non-alcohol Paloma, the company says.

•    Giffard Non-Alcoholic Pineapple Liqueur: A sip of this golden, yellow expression reveals a mixture of candied pineapple, bright acidity, and a hint of spice, the company says. Stir it with a rum alternative for a daiquiri twist or with Giffard Orgeat Syrup in an alcohol-free Mai Tai, it notes.

Each Giffard Non-Alcoholic Liqueur blends established processes like slow maceration, with cutting-edge methods to achieve the uncompromised taste of whole, natural fruits, herbs and spices, the company says.

Giffard’s Non-Alcoholic Liqueurs are available to purchase at major retailers nationwide.
