Riboli Family Wines unveiled its Lemoncello Spritz and Non-Alcoholic Lemoncello Spritz.
The two new SKUs are a part of the family’s Spritz Del Conte collection, building upon the Italian winemakers’ legacy of authentic and on-trend flavors. Spritz Del Conte Lemoncello Spritz and Non-Alcoholic Lemoncello Spritz each boast a unique blend of fresh citrus and herbal notes, combining the defining flavor profile of a Limoncello and the drinkability of a Spritz for a cocktail or mocktail, the company says.
Although other spritz cocktails on the market are spirits-based, Riboli Family Wines is offering an aromatized wine-based cocktail, made with grapes from the Glera variety (Prosecco) in Northern Italy, it notes. The result is a sweet, crisp beverage featuring fresh, zesty lemon and premium white wine notes, the company says. The collection includes a traditional Lemoncello Spritz SKU with an ABV of 8.5% as well as a non-alcohol version (less than 0.5% ABV).
“The rise of the Spritz is unmistakable, becoming a cultural phenomenon in all corners of the world,” said Steve Riboli, president and CEO of Riboli Family Wines, in a statement. “What we found interesting is the versatility of the beverage and the instant popularity of our Spritz Del Conte debut in 2024. The fresh taste of our new, low-ABV Lemoncello Spritz and Non-Alcoholic Lemoncello Spritz makes this ready-to-serve cocktail approachable and a crowd-favorite, no matter how you Spritz.”
Packaged in 750-ml bottles, Spritz Del Conte is priced at $14.99, available to purchase at major retailers in select states, and growing rapidly, the company says.
