Bearcat Infused Bourbon launched its self-titled line of Infused Bourbons in two varieties: Orange Peel with Spice, and Espresso with Aromatic Bitters. Both varieties are infused with 100 percent natural ingredients to let the bourbon shine through, the company says. The Espresso is complex to the nose with roasted espresso beans appearing on the finish, while the Orange Peel is packed with a fresh citrus aroma, and mild cinnamon and anise flavors at the end, it adds. The 40 percent alcohol-by-volume bourbons were designed to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks and are available in five states: Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
