Oki-CBD Infused Beverages takes No. 1 spot
As summer continues to roll by, consumer interest in cannabis beverages still reigns. In the Readers’ Choice: New Product poll for June, Beverage Industry readers’ selected Oki CBD-Infused Beverages as their favorite new product release.
With 28 percent of the vote, Oki, a line from Phivida Holdings, is available in two formats: iced tea and flavor-infused water. Each beverage is infused with 20 mg of active hemp extract, is non-GMO, all natural, organic and plant based, the company says. The 16-ounce bottles are 100 percent recyclable and are designed to restore balance and focus in consumer’s everyday lives, it adds. Oki CBD-Infused Beverages are available nationwide and have a suggested retail price of $4.99 for a bottle.
Pear Chamomile PRESS Hard Seltzer was selected as No. 2 for the month of June. The limited-edition hard seltzer combines the sweetness of a ripe pear, a touch of vanilla and chamomile for a crisp, effervescent finish, the company says. It is crafted with all-natural ingredients and contains 110 calories. Each 12-ounce can features an alcohol-by-volume content of 4 percent. PRESS Pear Chamomile is available nationwide in six-packs.
Lastly, rounding out the Top 3 is Tampico Beverages ZERO sugar juices. Tampico ZERO is available in two flavors – Mango Punch and Citrus Punch – joining the Tampico family as an alternative for those looking to limit their sugar intake, the company says. The new flavors contain 100 percent of the FDA recommended daily servings of vitamin C, and a good source of vitamins A and E, it adds. It is available in retailers throughout Texas, Arizona, Illinois and parts of Nevada and New Mexico, and is line-priced with other 1-gallon Tampico beverages.
