Pom Wonderful introduced a 100 percent pomegranate juice concentrate for use as an ingredient. The concentrate is available in both powder and liquid forms that are made without fillers or added ingredients, according to the company. In addition, the ingredient can be adjusted to suit the needs and preferences of a range of manufacturers, the company says. Pom Wonderful 100 percent Pomegranate Juice Concentrate is an all-natural concentration of 100 percent pomegranate juice made from California-grown Pom Wonderful pomegranates. Through the company’s proprietary technology, Pom Wonderful is able to extract more juice from its pomegranates and retains the polyphenols and other nutritional attributes, it explains.
