Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel join PRODA soda brand
Global icons join brand as Co-Founders to help drive national expansion

Protein soda brand PRODA, Los Angeles, announced that Grammy and Emmy Award-winning singer, songwriter, actor and global entertainer Justin Timberlake, and Emmy Award-nominated actress and producer Jessica Biel, have joined the company as co-founders.
Teaming up with existing Co-Founders and Co-CEOs, actor and wellness entrepreneur Matthew Postlethwaite and beverage industry veteran Jeff Church, Timberlake and Biel join to make everyday protein effortless and more accessible for households everywhere, the company says.
Engineered with a proprietary, clear whey isolate matrix, every 12-ounce can of PRODA delivers 10 grams of complete protein, zero sugar and all natural ingredients with a crisp, carbonated taste, it says.
Timberlake and Biel will help to shape PRODA’s vision, including creative strategy, flavor innovation, product development, and cultural partnerships, it notes. Together with Postlethwaite and Church, they want to take PRODA from a fast-growing functional soda brand into a mainstream household staple across grocery, club and direct-to-consumer channels nationwide, it says.
“The opportunity to work with Matthew and Jeff in shaping the brand, its products and where it goes next is what made this an exciting opportunity for us,” Biel and Timberlake said in a statement. “PRODA’s nutritional benefits were equally as important. We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between what tastes good and what’s good for you.”
Also joining PRODA as Co-Founder is Joey Gonzalez, executive chairman of Barry’s, who brings extensive operational scale and fitness-culture expertise to the brand, it says.
Following its breakout 2026 launch, PRODA established momentum through a national rollout at Sprouts Farmers Market alongside growth across Amazon, and online at drinkproda.com. The PRODA lineup features seven flavors: Shirley Temple, Strawberry Lemonade, Golden Apple, Cherry Lime, Lemon Lime, Classic Orange and Root Beer.
