Stanley 1913, Messi Brands unveil Striker Blue Collection

New collection blends cultural storytelling and hydration to celebrate Messi's legacy

Seattle-based Stanley 1913, a global lifestyle brand built for performance and cultural relevance, unveiled the second installment of its celebrated partnership with the Messi brand and international athlete, Leo Messi. 

The co-branded Messi x Stanley 1913 collection builds on the commercial success of the first co-branded collection, offering consumers and athletes a new innovative design of product silhouettes inspired by Messi's Argentinian roots and relentless pursuit of greatness, the companies note.

“With this second iteration of the Messi x Stanley 1913 partnership, we're continuing to push the boundaries of what performance drinkware can mean with athletes powering the brand,” said Matt Navarro, global president of PMI WW Brands, in a statement. “It's a product with purpose. The new collection, spanning our hydration and café categories, honors the mindset that drives elite athletes and everyday achievers alike — and we couldn't be more proud to do this alongside a partner like Messi.”

The co-branded Messi x Stanley 1913 Striker Blue collection just landed, featuring a lineup of products in an electric blue colorway with embossed lightning bolts that play hard in premium gold finishes.

The following is new from Stanley 1913:

Messi x Stanley 1913 Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler (40-ounce) $55: A new take on the Quencher. Built based on consumer feedback, the leakproof Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler' is the accompaniment for those always on the move— flip up the built-in straw to sip, then snap it shut when done.

Messi x Stanley 1913 IceFlow Flip Straw Jug (64-ounce) $65:  Sip quick — flip up the built-in straw to fuel on and off the pitch.

Messi x Stanley 1913 IceFlow Flip Straw 2.0 Bottle (24-ounce) $40: Has AeroLight technology that makes it 33% lighter than most stainless steel water bottles. Built-in flip straw for effortless, on-the-go hydration.

Messi x Stanley 1913 High Precision Flow Mate System (1.3 quart) $60: Features a unique stopper with no twisting needed. The trigger button brings a continuous pour.

Messi x Stanley 1913 Classic Mate Mug (8-ounce) $30: Features a traditional gourd shape and stainless-steel construction. Double-wall vacuum insulation keeps brew at the ideal temperature. Can be paired with the Mate Bombilla.

“Building this next collection with Stanley 1913 feels especially meaningful,” Messi said in a statement. “The Striker Blue colorway is inspired by the colors of my home, Argentina, and it reflects the passion and precision I try to bring to the game. Stanley 1913 remains part of my daily life, especially for mate, and together we’ve created something that's about connection — to culture, to everyday moments, and to the drive that pushes us all forward.”

Inspired by Messi's “Start early, stay late” mantra, the creative campaign features close-up shots of the new collection during blue hour as a pickup game heads into the night. Blue hour is the period of twilight occurring just before sunrise and just after sunset, where faint sunlight takes on a blue hue — the blue hour mood provokes and unleashes that undying dedication in those committed to superior performance and achievements in their sport, the company says.

The launch will also be brought to life through an immersive activation at DICK'S Sporting Goods House of Sport in Miami, Florida on July 26-27, bringing fans and shoppers closer to the partnership through exclusive access, custom experiences and storytelling rooted in Messi's culture and impact.
