Jose Cuervo is celebrating Día de Muertos (English translation of Day of the Dead), which will be celebrated in the United States between Oct. 31 and Nov. 2, with limited-edition bottles of Cuervo Tradicional Silver and Reposado. Made from 100 percent blue agave tequila, Cuervo Tradicional is deeply rooted in Mexican heritage and Día De Muertos is no exception, the company says. For the holiday, Cuervo Traditional released two limited-edition bottles that pay homage to the brand’s history with Día De Muertos, featuring a classic skull motif backed with orange marigold flowers emerging from an agave plant. The 750-ml glass bottles retailed for $23, and were available nationwide at select grocery and liquor stores while supplies last.
