Square One Organic Spirits LLC launched Square One Bergamot, which is an unfiltered spirit featuring bergamot citrus, mandarin orange, navel orange, tangerine orange, ginger, coriander and juniper flavors. Because the flavored vodka is unfiltered, the citrus oils remain in the spirit, giving a slight haze to the liquid, the company says. Square One Bergamot currently is available in California, Illinois and Missouri and will expand nationwide in February. A 750-ml bottle retails for approximately $35, and a 50-ml mini bottle has a suggested retail price of $4.99.
