Keurig Dr Pepper, Burlington, Mass., and Plano, Texas, announced the launch of the K-Duo portfolio, a line of coffee makers uniting single-serve and drip coffee functionality under the Keurig brand equity. With the ability to brew a single cup using K-Cup pods and a carafe of drip coffee, the new brewer lineup offers convenience and versatility all in one machine, the company says.

To celebrate its 150th anniversary, Moët Impérial, Moët & Chandon unearthed a collection of never-before-seen photos. Through a Kickstarter campaign, Josh Wilbur started Steeped Coffee, a single-use coffee in a biodegradable steeping bag. The 2nd Annual Sebrig Soda Festival took place April 5-6, where soda companies introduced new creative flavors.
San Diego-based Medical Marijuana Inc., a publically traded cannabis company, announced that its subsidiary Kannaway has released its new single-serve coffee and tea pods, which are infused with 10 mg of hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) in each pod, the company says. The single-serve coffee pods – Kannaway French Roast – are made with 100 percent premium Arabica coffee beans and are batch roasted by a fifth generation roast master, it adds.
