School Nutrition Association’s 2015 School Nutrition Industry Conference (SNIC) provides directors with opportunities to build partnerships with industry peers, develop strategies, and share information with colleagues to improve school meals operations.

Marketing expert and SNIC 2014 keynote speaker Ira Blumenthal will serve as the overall conference facilitator and brings with him an expertise as a veteran in the food industry. Blumenthal and each of SNIC’s presenters will provide details of their own experience in foodservice and provide attendees with unique approaches to making organizational change work for foodservice operations.

 Each general session will feature a facilitated discussion, encouraging a high level of audience participation in the key topics of the day that affect the school nutrition profession.
