Tröegs Independent Brewing adds seasonal variety packs

Tröegs Independent Brewing announced the release of The Most Wonderful Beer of the Year, a festive variety pack perfect for celebrating the holiday season.
The focal point of this 12-pack is Tröegs’ iconic holiday ale, Mad Elf. Brewed with five varieties of cherries and Pennsylvania wildflower honey, this beer helped put the Hershey, Pa.-based brewery on the craft beer map, the company says.
Joining Mad Elf this year are three beers exclusive to the pack: Naked Elf, a stripped-down version of Mad Elf without the cherries, honey, and chocolate malt; Mad Dreams, a fusion of Mad Elf and year-round favorite DreamWeaver Wheat; and for the first time ever in cans, Chocolate Elf, a blend of Mad Elf and Grand Cacao Chocolate Stout.
“This pack is all about celebrating with family and friends,” sais Tröegs co-founding brother Chris Trogner in a statement. “It’s got all the flavors of the season wrapped up in one convenient box.”
For IPA lovers, Tröegs also offers its rotating Perpetual Exploration variety 12-pack. The current pack for winter includes four hoppy offerings: Perpetual IPA; the year-round Graffiti Highway IPA and its counterpart Graffiti Highway Double IPA; and Tröegs’ longest-running seasonal beer, Blizzard of Hops Winter IPA.
Both variety packs are available now at Tröegs Brewery and across its entire distribution footprint.
