BACARDÍ Rum releases skeleton bottle

BACARDÍ Rum is back this year with another Halloween release, the brand’s limited-edition skeleton bottle, designed with bone-chilling detail throughout the body of the bottle. Filled with BACARDÍ Superior Rum, this collectible edition is perfect for consumers looking to elevate their spooky celebrations, the company says.

Now available nationwide, the skeleton bottle anchors BACARDÍ's 2025 Halloween programming, inviting fans to enjoy festive cocktails and immersive activations across music, entertainment and nightlife. Halloween is the ultimate occasion to unleash creativity, aligning with BACARDÍ's Do What Moves You ethos, encouraging people everywhere to express themselves, celebrate freely, and transform every celebration into a moment of joy and self-expression.

"Halloween is one of the biggest moments of the year for BACARDÍ, not only because it's when friends and families come together to craft unforgettable cocktail experiences, but also because the season perfectly captures the playful and bold spirit of our brand," said Lisa Pfenning, BACARDÍ's vice president of North America, in a statement. "From our limited-edition skeleton bottle and lineup of Halloween-ready cocktails like the Blood Moon and the BACARDÍ Zombie, to immersive activations with partners like AMC Networks and Sphere, BACARDÍ is showing up at every moment. We know fans plan their Halloween months in advance, choosing movies, costumes, and parties, and we're excited to bring fresh energy to those moments with cocktails and activations that make the holiday even more unforgettable."

This year's Halloween lineup includes:

Sphere of Fear: BACARDÍ will light up Las Vegas with a takeover of the world's largest LED screen. Throughout the first week of October, the Exosphere – the exterior of Sphere in Las Vegas – will debut Spirits in Motion, a 60-second hypnotic custom visual that blends cocktail mixology with haunting Halloween imagery, featuring skulls and skeletons inspired by the limited-edition bottle to bats drawn from the brand's iconic logo – all as part of the venue's Sphere of Fear content show.

AMC's FearFest: BACARDÍ is bringing its Halloween spirit to AMC's legendary FearFest programming event this October. Viewers will catch a look at the brand's iconic Zombie cocktail as it takes center stage in spots to air during the new season of hit series The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, including the season finale episode. On AMC+, BACARDÍ is sponsoring the special collection, "FearFest Favorites by Janelle Monáe," a curated list of horror film picks for spooky season from the multi-hyphenate artist and host of FearFest, currently available to stream all month long.

My Code's Remezcla "Whispers From The Feed": BACARDÍ is partnering with My Code's Remezcla to launch "Whispers From The Feed," a cheeky, spooky new social series hosted by actor Harvey Guillén. The series explores three eerily familiar digital-age dilemmas — from accidental double taps to cringeworthy family comments — all paired with festive BACARDÍ Halloween cocktail recipes. Episodes will roll out throughout the month across @bacardi, @remezcla, and @harveyguillen social channels.

Escape Halloween: CASA BACARDÍ returns to Escape Halloween starting Oct. 31. This year's experience will feature a stage activation in the heart of CRAZY TOWN, a stacked CASA BACARDÍ DJ lineup, and all-new cocktails, including frozen selections. Guests also can join the costume contest, capture their experience with photo moments, and take-home custom bat sprout giveaways.

Janelle Monáe's Annual Wondaween Party: As title sponsor of Janelle Monáe's Wondaween party, BACARDÍ will debut the Rave Yard Mojito alongside a lineup of festive libations. With the reigning HalloQueen leading the charge, Wondaween has become a crown jewel of Halloween celebrations, where music, fashion, and fearless self-expression collide., the company says.

"Halloween is my favorite time of the year – a moment we collectively step into the wildest parts of our imaginations," Monáe said in a statement. "I'm excited to welcome BACARDÍ to the Wondaween festivities this year! Every time I see those bat wings I'm reminded of the fun we will have soaring into the Halloween season! Keep an eye out in the coming weeks, we're excited to bring you something truly fangtastic this Halloween."

To complement the release BACARDÍ has crafted a lineup of Halloween ready cocktails. The following are the cocktails the company released:

•    The BACARDÍ Blood Moon blends Superior Rum, blood orange, lime juice and ginger beer for a spooky, citrusy sip.  

•    The Zombie is a mix of exotic rums (BACARDÍ Superior Rum and Black) with triple sec, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup and grenadine for an infamous tiki classic. 

•    The BACARDÍ Goblin combines BACARDÍ Superior Rum, lime juice, Midori, real-coco and pineapple juice. 

•    The Bobbing for Appletinis is an elevated Halloween martini featuring BACARDÍ Superior Rum, Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth, St-Germain, green apple syrup and green food coloring.
