Yerba Madre’s Watermelody

Yerba Madre, formerly known as Guayakí Yerba Mate, announced the launch of Watermelody, the first seasonal release to debut under the brand’s new name and refreshed yellow can design.
Crafted to fuel and energize the shift into back-to-school season, Watermelody is made from organic ingredients, rooted in regeneration and designed to be sipped and savored, the company says. With nearly 30 years of connecting people through the tradition of sharing yerba mate, Yerba Madre continues to innovate by listening to the community, it adds.
This seasonal drop was influenced by the people who love it most: the 12K Ambacebador superfan community, the company notes.
“Everything we do starts with listening to our community,” said Jennifer Brush, vice president of product innovation and brand at Yerba Madre, in a statement. “Our Ambacebadors are not just loyal fans — they’re collaborators and an essential part of how we innovate. Their insight fuels our ability to test new ideas, spark excitement in the category, and stay connected to the cultural moment. We’re proud to invest in this community as we continue to grow — rooted in regeneration, guided by purpose, and driven by the people who believe in what we're building.”
Watermelody is certified organic, made with select Fair Trade ingredients, and delivers 150 mg of smooth, plant-powered energy, the company says.
The limited-time flavor is rolling out now at select grocery retailers across the Western U.S., Texas, and the Pacific Northwest — including H-E-B, Albertsons, Kroger divisions, and more — with nationwide availability via Sprouts and Amazon, it notes.
