Josh Cellars, a brand of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, released its first-ever Prosecco, which contains 100 percent Glera (Prosecco) grapes sourced from vineyards lying between Conegliano Veneto and Valdobbiadene. The Prosecco has bright acidity with a touch of sweetness from the ripe fruit, as well as pear, green apples and citrus on the nose, and in the mouth, its effervescence provides a vibrant texture, the company says. The Prosecco is available nationwide in a 750-ml bottle for a suggested retail price of $14.
