Los Angeles-based the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf announced two new varieties of its Cookies & Cream Ice Blended drink: Cookies & Cream and Midnight Cookies & Cream. 

The limited-edition beverage will be available until Aug. 26 at participating retail locations. The new flavors can be made with or without coffee, the company says. 

Cookies & Cream Ice Blended features creamy vanilla blended with the sweet combination of milk, coffee and crunchy chocolate cookie pieces, while Midnight Cookies & Cream Ice Blended contains  single origin chocolate mixed with milk, coffee and crunchy chocolate cookie pieces, it adds.

“The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf started the frozen drink craze with the creation of The Original Ice Blended drink,” Nurit Raich, senior director of product innovation at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, said in a statement. “We’re excited to continue this innovation with these new Cookies & Cream varieties to incorporate a sweet and satisfying twist on a classic flavor, which we expect will become a summertime favorite for guests of all ages.”
