Califia Farms introduced Nitro Cold Brew, a line of dairy-free, nitrogen-infused ready-to-drink cold-brew coffees. Packaged in 10.5-ounce aluminum bottles retailing for $4.99 nationwide, Nitro Cold Brew is available in three flavors: Latte, Mocha and New Orleans. The line blends almond and macadamia milks with cold brew made from a signature blend of direct-sourced beans, the company says. The blend is then infused with nitrogen that brings out the natural sweetness of the coffee in a micro-foam reminiscent of dark draft beer, it adds.
