Eclipse Importing Co. will release is Eclipse Cognac Cream in March. The 18 percent alcohol-by-volume cognac will be available nationwide at a suggested retail price of $30 for a 750-ml bottle. For the Cognac cream, premium-aged cognac is blended with milk from grass-fed cattle, the company says.
