This year, the Miami-based Spain-United States Chamber of Commerce is expanding its Savbor Food & Wine Exhibition to two days, because of popular demand from its inaugural event last year. The 2015 event will take place June 23-24 in Miami.

Savbor will exhibit products from several regions of Spain, including La Rioja, Catalonia, Galicia, Andalusia, Madrid, Extremadura and Castilla, among others. Traditional products highlighted will include Jamón Ibérico brands; gourmet cheese; olive oil; gazpacho; and also wines from Rias Baixas, Logroño and Priorat, to name a few.

In its first run in 2014, more than 300 products were exhibited to the trade companies in attendance, according to the Spain-United States Chamber of Commerce. In this second edition, the organization expects to triple the number of exhibitors and products, it says. In addition, the event will host various activities and seminars related to the import and export of food and wine throughout both days of the event.

In addition, the event also will feature Sapiditi, which will take place on June 24 between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. During this time, consumers will be able to taste Spanish products, such as different tapas and small plates offered by Spanish and international restaurants.
