New Castle Scotch AleNewcastle Brown Ale, a brand of Heineken USA, is kicking off a new series of collaboration-edition beers made in partnership with some of the finest and oldest breweries in Europe. This first offering in the series, Scotch Ale, comes from Edinburgh, Scotland-based sister brewery Caledonian, who developed a special ale that blends a rich, full-flavored Scottish ale with toffee notes at 6.4 percent alcohol by volume and 40 international bittering units.

Scotch Ale will be available nationwide through February 2015 in six- and 12-packs as well as on draft in select markets.
