Freixenet USA will introduce its first kosher sparkling wine available in the United States in March. Freixenet Excelencia Kosher Brut is made with handpicked Macabeo grapes from Spain and features aromas of pear and green apple as well as fruity and floral notes, the company says. It will be available in eight states with a suggested retail price of $15 for a 750-ml bottle.
