Hirzel Canning Co. & Farms introduced Truly Tomato and Truly Veggie juices in reclosable cartons under the Dei Fratelli brand name. The not-from-concentrate juices are an expansion of the company’s freshly canned tomatoes and are free of preservatives and artificial flavors. A glass of either juice contains two servings of vegetables, the company says. Additionally, the carton packaging is made up of 75 percent paperboard, a renewable resource, earning it Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification. A six-pack of 1-liter cartons has a suggested retail price of $19.99.
