Artiste, a global flavor and fragrance specialty company, launched two new premium products, Grapefruit Distillate and Grapefruit Infusion. Derived from fresh grapefruit peels, these natural extracts can be used in a variety of flavor applications. The Grapefruit Extracts are processed from grapefruits selected for their superior organoleptic quality, the company says. These 100 percent fruit-based extracts add flavor and zesty notes that are ideal for alcohol and non-alcohol beverage systems, it adds.
