The Innis & Gunn Brewing Co. Ltd. launched a limited-edition small-batch beer infused with spiced Caribbean rum. The company used its proprietary Oakerator process to infuse air-dried, heartwood, toasted American oak with a fine blend of spiced rums into the beer. The resulting Spiced Rum Aged beer features notes of baked apples and pears as well as hints of dried fruit and oak, the company says. The beer is available until December, retailing for approximately $12.99 for a four-pack.
