William “Deuce” Young has joined Dosatron International, Clearwater, Fla., as southwest regional manager.

Mike Jost has been appointed president of Thermo Electron Corp.’s weighing and inspection business unit within the company’s process instruments division. Jost will be based in Minneapolis, and as president will be responsible for overseeing all facets of worldwide operations, including manufacturing and distribution, research and development, and sales and marketing.

Frank Graziano has been hired as vice president of operations, Bob Fien as plant manager of the Scottsburg, Ind., facility, and Nick Picciuto has been named division controller for Cincinnati, Ohio-based Multi-Color Corp.’s decorating solutions division.

Bob Welsh has been appointed region sales manager for the northern region at Magline Inc., Pinconning, Mich. He will be responsible for sales in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Northern Illinois and the upper peninsula of Michigan.
