Novato, Calif.-based Winery Exchange has rebranded itself as WX. The rebranding reflects how the wine, beer and spirits producer’s business has evolved since its founding in 1999, it says.
Sherwood Schwartz’ 1970s sitcom “The Brady Bunch” was among the first TV programs to address blended family dynamics. Tackling the growing pains of a newly formed family, the Brady’s eventually no longer were “steps” but a functioning family unit.

New York-based Pernod Ricard USA announced that Lillet, a wine-based aperitif produced in Bordeaux, France, has joined the Pernod Ricard USA portfolio of premium spirit and wine brands, effective Jan. 1.
The Stewart family, owners of Sonoma, Calif.-based Lake Sonoma Winery, has negotiated the purchase of Envolve Winery from sibling proprietors Mike, Kate and Chris Benziger and Ben Flajnik.
