Pack Expo Las Vegas 2019, an event for packaging industry professionals to connect, learn, discover new technologies and fuel their success, will take place Sept. 23-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas.

The record-breaking event welcomed nearly 45,000 attendees with 2,500 exhibitors, in more than 1.25 million net square feet, according to show owner and producer PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies. PMMI also reported 457 new exhibitors this year.

Organized as the “House of Krones,” the manufacturer highlighted solutions for process technology, bottling and packaging equipment, intralogistics, digitalization and the entire lifecycle services of products.

Poised to convene 2,500 leading industry suppliers and 50,000 packaging professionals, Pack Expo International and the co-located Healthcare Packaging Expo will take place Oct. 14-17 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

At Pack Expo in Chicago, Rite-Hite Corp. will debut new FasTrax doors designed to operate at speeds of 100 inches per second, minimizing air intrusion while maximizing productivity.

At Pack Expo in Chicago, A-B-C Packaging Machine Corp. introduced its new 700 series robot palletizers utilizing a Yaskawa robot arm. The 700 series palletizes cases, trays or bags in multiple configurations at speeds as fast as 30 cycles a minute, the company says.

The shows offered several guidepost destinations, including The Beverage Cooler Lounge, The Materials and Containers Pavilion, The Processing Zone, The Reusable Packaging Pavilion, The Food Safety Summit Resource Center and the largest ever Innovation Stage program, the show producer says.
