Ashcroft announces 1033 Sanitary Pressure Gauge

Pressure and temperature instrumentation provider Ashcroft recently announced the launch of its 1033 Sanitary Pressure Gauge. The gauge is engineered to meet the rigorous hygiene and reliability demands of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, the company says. It is designed to ensure process integrity and maintain the highest sanitary standards, featuring a DIN 11851 hygienic connection, commonly known as a Milk Coupling, Dairy Thread or Hygienic Union. The trusted seal is widely used in food processing and brewery environments due to its ease of cleaning and its effectiveness in preventing contamination. One of the key features of the gauge is its hygienic design, which features a 15 microinch (RA) polished diaphragm surface and 316L stainless steel diaphragm and housing, making it ideal for clean-in-place (CIP) or steam-in-place (SIP) operations. The gauge is autoclave-read, with a dial option that features a durable polysulfide window that enables high-temperature sterilization for added versatility in demanding applications. The 1033 features simple adjustability, enhanced durability, certified materials and a True Zero pointer. It is available in various dial sizes, with pressure ranges from vacuum to 600 psi, the 1033 offers DIN 25, 40 and 50 process connections with both lower and back mount options. Weather-resistant to IP65 standards, the gauge is built for the real-world challenges of sanitary process environments, the company adds.
