DioniLife announced the launch of two new premium non-alcohol (NA) offerings: La Borosa, an agave spirit line inspired by Mexican tradition, and Pavari 17, a bittersweet aperitivo that captures the spirit of Mediterranean leisure.

La Borosa is an agave-based spirits that actually taste like top-shelf tequila, the company says. Made with hand-harvested blue agave and aged with oak, it delivers the clean flavor and complexity drinkers expect, without alcohol, sugar or compromise, it adds. The lineup is comprised of the following offerings:

•    La Borosa Blanco (700-ml bottle): Less than 0.5% ABV, 5 calories in each serving. Crisp, smooth, citrusy.

•    La Borosa Margarita (250-ml RTD): Less than 0.5% ABV, 55 calories. Bright, salty, classic.

•    La Borosa Paloma (250-ml RTD): 0.5% ABV, 55 calories. Juicy, sparkling, refreshing.

Meanwhile, Pavari 17 is crafted from 17 botanicals sourced from Italy and Spain, layered over a non-alcohol Mediterranean white wine, the company notes. It’s sophisticated, citrusy and balanced, bringing aperitivo hour to life, minus the hangover, it says. Pavari 17 is available in the following offerings:

•    Pavari 17 Spirit (700-m bottle): Less than 0.5% ABV, 22 calories in each serving. For the ideal anytime aperitif moment

•    Volari Pavari 17 Spritz (250-ml RTD): Less than 0.5% ABV, 52 calories. A light, sparkling ready-to-drink spritz.

All products are low in sugar, low in calories, vegan and gluten free, the company notes.

“With Pavari 17, we wanted to honor the Mediterranean aperitivo ritual — that moment in the day for connection, conversation and celebration — and make it just as enjoyable without the alcohol,” said Damian McKinney, CEO of DioniLife, in a statement. “And with La Borosa, we set out to bring the distinctive, full-bodied experience of tequila to those who aren't drinking alcohol. No more uninspiring options. Just real flavor, made for real moments.”

Steve Wilson, DioniLife’s Chief of Innovation, added: “We set out to create something that felt timeless yet modern, not a copy, but a new standard. Every ingredient was chosen to deliver a drinking experience that matches, or even surpasses, their full-proof counterparts.”

La Borosa and Pavari 17 are available nationwide at the brands’ websites, as well as leading bars, restaurants and retailers across Colorado, with more states to follow, the company notes.
