Zaya Rum, a brand of Infinium Spirits, announced the expansion launch of two new permanent core expressions: Zaya Cocobana and Zaya Alta Fuerza. Zaya Cocobana is a blend of premium aged rums, including exotic notes of ripe banana, cocoa and hints of natural spices, the company says. Meanwhile, Zaya Alta Fuerza, meaning “High Force,” is an over-proof blend of premium aged rums, with a force of black pepper and spice followed by hints of maple, with brown sugar and heat to finish, it adds. Packaged in 750-ml bottles, the Zaya Rum Cocobana has a 40% ABV while Alta Fuerza features a 57.5% ABV, with a suggested retail price of $29.99 and $39.99, respectively.
