Aperol brings scenic escapes to big city
Murals help locals re-experience favorite travels
With many travel plans still postponed, Aperol Spritz decided to play a role in evoking special memories of travels past — particularly to its birthplace of Italy. From Sept. 14 to Oct. 10, Aperol produced a series of hashtag #AperolMoments murals designed by local artists to transport residents of New York and Los Angeles to “Italy” with backdrops of the Tuscan countryside, Amalfi Coast and more to tag with #AperolMoments on posts with the murals to be featured on Aperol’s Instagram account.
