Sokol Blosser Winery released the newest edition of its wine collection: Bluebird Cuvée Sparkling Wine. Bluebird Cuvée is a proprietary assemblage of multiple white grape varietals and made with the company’s 2016 vintage brut wine, it says. It is made in the Méthode Traditionnelle style, offering notes of ripe stone fruits, citrus, apple and pear, the company adds. Bluebird Cuvée Sparkling Wine is available in select markets, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina and Washington state, for a suggested retail price of $24.99.
