Tank Garage Winery introduced three new red wine blends: Lick 2016 Napa Valley Red Wine, Montrose 2015 California Red Wine and I Am The Storm 2015 Napa Valley Red Wine. Lick is a blend of 85 percent Syrah, 13 percent Tempranillo and 2 percent Carignane grapes. At 14.7 percent alcohol by volume, it features flavors of black licorice, ripe currant and chocolate, the company says. Montrose is a blend of 64 percent Counoise, 26 percent Syrah, 6 percent Grenache, 3 percent Tannat and 1 percent Mourvèdre grapes. At 14.8 percent alcohol by volume, it offers flavors of anise, strawberries, tobacco leaf and black tea, according to the company. I Am The Storm blends 48 percent Petit Verdot, 36 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 8 percent Merlot and 8 percent Cabernet Franc grapes. At 14.7 percent alcohol by volume, it features flavors of cassis jam, wild cherry cola and vanilla, the company says. Packaged in 750-ml bottles, the red blends are available in select markets and online. Lick and Montrose retail for $45 a bottle, and I Am The Storm has a suggested retail price of $55 a bottle.
