Canton, Mass.-based Dunkin' Donuts announced the launch of its latest beverage innovation: Fruited Iced Teas. Exclusively available at Dunkin' Donuts restaurants across the six New England states this summer, Fruited Iced Teas feature the brand's freshly-brewed black or green iced tea sweetened with fruit juice and real fruit, the company says. Dunkin' Donuts' Fruited Iced Teas are offered in two varieties — Mango Pineapple and Blackberry — with both containing fewer than 100 calories for any size, it adds.
"For guests looking to keep cool and revitalized this summer, our new Fruited Iced Teas are fruity beverages that have the perfect balance of sweetness and refreshment,” said Jeff Miller, executive chef and vice president of Product Innovation at Dunkin' Brands, in a statement. “Our made-to-order Mango Pineapple and Blackberry Fruited Iced Teas, while delicious on their own, also offer a fresh seasonal complement to our all-day snacks and bakery sandwiches to keep people running all summer long."
Dunkin' Donuts' Fruited Iced Teas put a fruity and fresh twist on iced tea while giving guests the perfect balance of sweetness, the company says. All of Dunkin' Donuts' freshly-brewed iced teas are made-to-order, unsweetened or sweetened. Dunkin' Donuts' Iced Green Tea contains 30 percent tea that is sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms managed according to rigorous environmental, social and economic criteria, it adds.
