Sonoma Cider added two new limited-run flavors to its line-up of hard ciders. The Crowbar combines dry cider with organic habanero peppers and fresh lime. The 6 percent alcohol by volume (ABV) cider is available in 12-ounce cans and 1/6- gallon kegs and is the company’s first cider to be available in a can. Sonoma Cider Dry Zider balances dry, organic cider with Sonoma County zinfandel, creating notes of wild berry and bramble with apple. The cider is aged in American oak barrels that have previously aged Sonoma County zinfandel wine. The 6.9 percent ABV is available in 12-ounce bottles and 1/6-gallon kegs. The ciders are available in select markets at retail liquor stores, natural foods stores, and many other locations.
