Deschutes Brewery’s Jubel 2015 is an imperial take on the company’s winter ale, Jubelale. The craft beer is aged for 12 months in Pinot Noir and new Oregon oak barrels and features notes of toasted caramel, raisins, dates and figs complemented by spicy and herbal hop aromas, the company says. The craft brew contains 10.4 percent alcohol by volume and 55 International Bittering Units. It is available in limited quantities and was released at the brewery’s pubs and tasting rooms.
