OneHope Wine, Los Angeles, announced the launch of its Clayton Kershaw Signature Series varietal. This wine program was created to give influencers a platform to be used for a positive purpose, the company says.
For each Signature Series, OneHope Wine selectively chooses participants who fit the brand’s passion and mission to serve a greater good. National League MVP and winner of the 2014 Cy Young Award Clayton Kershaw exhibits personal dedication to charitable causes and commitment to challenging others to find ways to give back, making him a natural fit for the Signature Series, the company says.

OneHope Napa Valley Signature Red is handcrafted in partnership with winemaker Rob Mondavi Jr. Dark ruby in color, the 2009 Napa Valley Signature Red Wine fills the palate with flavors of dark berries and cassis along with and the flavor of creme brulee in the toast, the company says. Aged in American and French oak, complex layers of spice are balanced by soft tannins and a long, velvety finish, it adds. Each bottle has Clayton Kershaw’s signature embossed on the front. Every two bottles purchased provides food for a homeless family in Los Angeles for one day.
