Somrus SomPriya Fine Spirits LLC will launch Somrus Indian cream liqueur in Illinois and New Jersey on Sept. 21 and in New York on Oct. 1. The spirit blends eastern spices and nuts, such as cardamom, saffron, almonds, pistachios and rose, with dairy cream and Caribbean rum, resulting in an all-natural, gluten-free and kosher liqueur that reflects Indian flavor profiles, the company says. A 750-ml bottle will have a suggested retail price between $24.99 and $29.
